Order Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

At SevenTwentyNine Skincare, we take pride in crafting each product fresh, per order, to ensure optimal quality. Due to the nature of our handmade skincare items and in consideration of current health and safety standards, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and fulfilled.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and typically shipped within 5–7 business days following order confirmation. Please note that some products may require additional time for production, packaging, or final quality inspection, which may result in minor delays.

We strive to fulfill all orders promptly. In the rare event that fulfillment extends beyond the standard processing timeframe due to delays on our part, customers may be eligible to receive a free gift and a 10% discount code for a future purchase as a thank-you for your patience.

Shipping & Delivery

All customers will receive a tracking number via email within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

• Shipping destination (domestic or international)

• Shipping method selected

• Weight and dimensions of the order

Please be aware that estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier policies.

SevenTwentyNine Skincare is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred on international shipments. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be contacted and may be responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery.

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please email us as soon as possible at sales@seventwentyninesc.com. We will do our best to accommodate, though additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Issues

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, we are committed to resolving the issue. Please contact us at sales@seventwentyninesc.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos to assist our team in reviewing your concern.

Please allow 24–72 hours for a response. If your inquiry requires further investigation or processing, we ask that you allow up to 5 business days for resolution.

Final Sale Policy

All products are sold as-is. Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
